Reclaim Rubber

/ crumb rubber

GRP’s Crumb Rubber is a high-quality recycled material produced by grinding scrap and end-of-life tyres into fine, uniform granules - typically under 4 mm in size. Using advanced mechanical shredding or cryogenic grinding, followed by the removal of steel and fibre, we ensure a clean and consistent product that retains the valuable properties of both natural and synthetic rubber.

This versatile material not only helps reduce the environmental impact of tyre waste but also serves as a sustainable alternative to virgin raw materials across a wide range of industries.

applications

Asphalt & Road Construction:

Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB): Improves elasticity, rutting resistance, and road durability.

Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) & Open-Graded Friction Course (OGFC): Enhances skid resistance and reduces surface cracking.

Extends pavement life and lowers maintenance costs.

Sports & Recreation:

Infill for artificial turf in football, cricket, and hockey fields.

Surfaces for athletic tracks, playgrounds, and shock-absorbing flooring.

Rubber Products:

Used in mats, tiles, gaskets, conveyor belts, footwear, and moulded goods.

Acts as a partial substitute for virgin rubber, helping reduce production costs.

Automotive & Industrial Uses:

Found in brake pads, insulation, and sealants.

Added to adhesives, coatings, and roofing materials for improved flexibility and durability.

With GRP’s Crumb Rubber, manufacturers gain a reliable, eco-friendly material that supports innovation, cost-efficiency, and environmental stewardship - one granule at a time.
