Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, product datasheets, and case studies

- Support digital marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, and social media content

- Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and business development activities

- Help organize trade shows, exhibitions, plant visits, and customer engagement activities

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, design agencies) for marketing requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

- Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans

- Create and oversee marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, product datasheets, case studies, and videos

- Manage digital marketing channels including website, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry platforms

- Work closely with sales teams to generate leads, support pitches, and improve conversion effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or infrastructure sectors

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement

- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, performance, governance, and risk management of the Company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO ensures strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, transparent reporting, and long-term value creation for shareholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership

-Develop and execute the Company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives and shareholder interests.

-Provide strategic financial guidance to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive management.

-Drive capital allocation, funding strategy, and long-term financial planning.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP) and stock exchange regulations.

- Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements, earnings releases, and investor disclosures.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.

Governance, Risk & Controls

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance processes.

- Oversee internal and external audits and address audit findings effectively.

Treasury, Capital & Investor Relations:

- Manage cash flow, working capital, debt, equity, and treasury operations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.

- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Growth:

- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments.

- Lead financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration from a finance perspective.

Team & Systems Leadership:

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance, accounting, tax, and compliance team.

- Oversee financial systems, ERP platforms, and data integrity to support scalable growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management roles.

- Prior experience as CFO / Deputy CFO / Finance Head in a listed company or large enterprise preferred.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including boards, investors, and regulators.
